Healthy Schools

The Bridgend Healthy School Scheme is a member of the Welsh Network of Healthy School Schemes, which is a Welsh Assembly Government initiative. Schools are encouraged to take a holistic approach to health promotion within the curriculum, school management practice and the physical and social environment. It is an exciting long term initiative, which is making a significant difference to the health and achievement of children and young people.
