Who can have a pass?
To be entitled to a pass you must be a resident of Bridgend County Borough and be over 60 years of age or registered disabled at any age.
How much will it cost me?
The bus pass is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and managed Local Authority.
How long does it last?
The pass does not have any expiry date and is valid for the lifetime of the holder – however, if it is not required anymore then it should be returned to the issuer.
When can I use my bus pass?
Your pass is valid all day everyday – only on local bus services within Wales and also some cross boarder services e.g. to Hereford, Gloucester and Bristol. It is valid on the new Traws Cambria Services (except Cardiff – Carmarthen) and on the summer Beacons Bus Service. It is not valid on the express service 100 Swansea to Cardiff which calls at Sarn Parc but a reduced fare is available.
The bus pass can be used to obtain half fares on National Express Coach Services
