Industrial Units to let

Bridgend County Borough Council has an extensive portfolio of industrial units located throughout the county borough. There are 5 estates comprising of 79 units in total. Units range from 51 sq m (550 sq ft) to 110 sq m (1,200 sq ft).

The units cater for a variety of business uses, with a 10% retail provision available on certain estates.

How can I apply for a starter unit?

The Tenants Handbook sets out everything that you need to know regarding a letting of one of our starter units.  Complete the application form (this is not a tenancy offer but an application).

Bridgend County Borough Council has Industrial Estates at:

New Cornstores & Heol Ty Gwyn Industrial Estate, Tyle – Teg Road, Maesteg, CF34 0BQ

There are three separate compounds of starter units owned by BCBC at Heol Ty Gwyn Industrial Estate, comprising of 20 starter units.

These units vary in size from 36sqm (390 sq ft) to 95sqm (1020 sq ft).

The units at New Cornstores were recently constructed and provided excellent accommodation. All units benefit from enclosed compound areas, roller shutter doors and toilet facilities.

Each compound is within close proximity to the A465 Heads of the Valley road network.
