Applying for permission
Once you have established that planning permission is required, you may apply by downloading an application form from one of the following links, or you may apply electronically via the Planning Portal at www.planningportal.gov.uk
For information on how we process applications click here.
Every planning application needs a site location plan and sometimes a block plan showing the location and boundaries of the site you are planning to work on. You can use the Planning Portal's 'Buy a Plan' service to ensure that you meet our requirements, whether you are a planning professional or first-time applicant.
