How and Where Can I Claim?

To claim Housing Benefit, Local Housing Allowance or Council Tax Reduction you need to fill in an application form and provide all the evidence that is required for us to process your claim.

You can claim in person at Civic Offices, Angel Street Bridgend: 

If you attend these offices you will be offered an immediate appointment if you have all the required evidence with you and are occupying the address. Then we will process your application whilst you wait.

If you do not have all the required information you will be advised what you need to provide and given a suitable convenient appointment where you can come back in and we will process your application whilst you are here.
