Western Bay Health and Social Care Programme
The Western Bay Health and Social Care Programme is a partnership initiative comprising Bridgend County Borough Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, The City and County of Swansea, and Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University (ABMU) Health Board together with partners in the third and independent sectors.
