|
We have found that you are probably Eligible for help, you could be considered as 'Homeless' (under the strict definition in the law), and now we also think you may be in Priority Need.
The Council has to provide temporary accommodation while investigations are being carried out into the rest of your circumstances.

Next, the council will look at why you left your last home, to help it work out whether you should be classed as intentionally homeless or not. If you are, the council only has to house you for a short time (normally 28 days after deciding that's the case).

Did you have to leave your last home because someone in your household did something that they shouldn't (such as causing nuisance to neighbours)? |
