Campaign
for the Protection of Rural Wales
|
The
Campaign for the Protection of Rural Wales has been active in Wales
for over 70 years. It believes that the open spaces and beauty of the
Welsh countryside underpin everything else, economy, community and culture.
The
CPRW actively campaigns to protect and enhance the landscape of Wales
including the retention of vernacular architecture particularly farm
buildings that are important in their landscape context. We aim to educate
people about all aspects of landscape protection and to influence opinions
and attitudes in support of these objectives.
We
would welcome new members to our branch and our Secretary Mr R J Simpson
(Tel: 02920 891165) would be please, to give out further information
to prospective members.
