THE INSPECTOR'S REPORT

The Report of the Inspector who held the UDP Inquiry was received by Bridgend County Borough Council on 24 April 2003.

Copies of the Report are available for inspection free of charge at the Civic Offices, Bridgend and at all Public Libraries in the County Borough during normal working hours. Alternatively copies are available for purchase for £50 from the Planning Department. The Report is also available on-line and be accessed by clicking on the image below:

The Authority is now required to consider the Report and to decide what action to take on each of its recommendations. They are required to prepare a statement of their decision on each recommendation and to give full reasons for not accepting any recommendation made by the Inspector. This statement will be made publicly available at the same time as any proposed modifications to the UDP.
