Local Development Plan Library Incorporating LDP Evidence Base Material
The Development Plan makes reference to numerous other strategies and policy documents produced by the Council and others. The Development Planning section also undertakes a variety of research work throughout the year which contributes to the evidence base for the preparation of the Local Development Plan.
Many of these documents also form the evidence base for the preparation of the Local Development Plan which will be used as background information in order to justify policies contained within the Plan.
Information on these source documents can be accessed below via subject area. If the document is available to view online, a link will be available. Otherwise, copies of all the documents are available to view at the Planning Department reception at the Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend. However it is advisable to contact the Development Planning Section to arrange a viewing.
